Please note: If there are any pricing inconsistencies on our
site between what you find in the order cart and what you
may see on various pages please excuse us. INCANN for
example has increased domain name prices twice in the last
year: so every page may not be updated to the correct price
in the order cart. However the price in the order cart is as
low as we can go (we make no profit on domain names) but
some pages may have errors with old pricing because we have
so many pages. Also we have worked to simplify our plans
with our auto-upgrade ilicy so their might be something we
have missed updaing somewhere. We hope to have a new, better
organized, and simple to use site by next spring. (2011)

As described on our sidebar we are not
new to web hosting (Starting our 9th year in February 2010) but
have now grown

Support is a prime example of how we believe in honesty: at present our customer base would
only justify outsourced support to India or Asian countries to
active what most hosts call 24/7/365.
This is not acceptable to us and we feel it is better to have
our own "in-house" support now although we cannot be available
every minute of every day. One foreign company we "tested"
took 12-14 hours to respond to tickets. On our worst days we
are far faster than that.
We do not
believe it makes anyone happy to see a claim of 24/7 support
"within 1 hour" when all your ticket gets in that 1
hour is an auto-response telling you someone will reply
shortly; then the reply takes many more hours. We could easily
make the same 24/7/365 "claim" by simply turning on the
auto-responder to our ticket system. We just don't think it's
right.

For a short time early this year a college student operated
a site which showed real-time performance of various web
servers and it was amazing that many other hosts consistently ran as
high as loads of 10.00, our average is well below 0.50...
not even 1.00 much less 10.00!!
While good hardware can handle
those high loads that's pushing processors very hard and
generating a LOT of heat which can lead to reliability
problems. Since we strive for 100% uptime and guarantee
99.99% we prefer out equipment "loafing" at cooler
temperatures with large ports to deliver the many various
sites we have from a Hollywood graphics designer's portfolio
(amazing to watch) to churches "streaming" video
of their sermons &
teaching archives.
